This Privacy Policy Statement explains how we use readers’ information. It has been updated to highlight compliance with new GDPR regulations in effect May 25th, 2018.

ARINA, Inc. and Integral Review share individuals’ concerns about privacy and guards IR site visitors’ data closely. As an open access Journal, we neither collect nor have any personal identification or financial information about our readers. If you provide us with your email address to request being put on our mailing list, we will safeguard that information and use it for only the purposes for which you provided it. If you make submissions to us for publication and it/they are accepted, likewise we will make public via any published articles only the information you provide for that purpose. We work diligently to ensure that your personal preferences regarding the use of your information are honored.

Visits to Integral Review’s web site

When a visitor arrives at our web page, our standard web server automatically recognizes and collects only your domain name, but not the e-mail address, unless you volunteer it. Integral Review has installed a GDPR compliant cookie plug-in, which you can disable through your Web Browser Options, to store visitor’s preferences, record session information, and record past activity at a site. We do not use Cookie technology to harvest email address or other personal information. Additionally, when you view our site by linking from another web page we may store the name of that web page. All the information collected through cookies is for internal use only and is used to compile aggregate information to analyze site, page, and article usage. Integral Review NEVER sells or otherwise uses any data we collect for purposes not directly related to the operations of our journal. We hope analyzing any such aggregated and thus impersonal information will help us meet readers’ interests better.

Email

When you email us for any reason, the email address you used to contact us will be stored and used to respond to you. If you have supplied us with your email to receive publication announcements, that is the only use to which we will put that email address. We will not use your email address for marketing or any other purpose that those which you have requested from us. In some of our emails to you we may use a “click-through URL.” When you click one of these URLs, you pass through our web server before arriving at the Web site that is your destination. We track “click-throughs” to help us notice your interest in particular subjects and measure the interest in our publication.
